Shipping policy

All orders from BP Threadworks are processed within 5 business days unless otherwise noted. Many of our products are made to order, and processing times may be extended during high order volume or holidays. Any changes to processing times will be communicated on the store.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times vary depending on the selected carrier and shipping service.

BP Threadworks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to complete delivery.
