Refund policy
You have 7 days after delivery to inspect your order and contact us about any issues. If we do not hear from you within that timeframe, the item is considered accepted. If a return is approved, it must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. To request a return, email us through the contact tab with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond with next steps if the return is approved.
Custom items built to your specifications are not eligible for return. DIY materials, including laser cut PALS panels, webbing, fabric, Velcro, and similar supply items, are also non-returnable.
Returned items must be in original, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of use or wear, is dirty or covered in pet hair, or smells of smoke or other strong odors.
