Shipping & Returns

We want you to know exactly what to expect when ordering from BP Threadworks. All of our gear is handmade to order, and our policies are simple, fair, and transparent. Below you’ll find details on our shipping timelines, order tracking, and how returns are handled.

  • Made-to-Order Production

    All bags, pouches, slings, and related gear are handmade to order. We do not mass-produce or keep large quantities in stock.

  • Typical Turnaround Time

    Orders usually ship within 3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer. Any changes to turnaround times will be clearly posted on the site or product pages.

  • Tracking Information

    Tracking will be provided for all orders once shipped. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your package is on the way.

  • Inspection Period

    You have 7 days after delivery to inspect your order and contact us about any issues. If we do not hear from you within that timeframe, the item is considered accepted. If a return is approved, it must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. To request a return, email us through the contact tab with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond with next steps if the return is approved.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    Custom items built to your specifications are not eligible for return. DIY materials, including webbing, fabric, Velcro, and similar supply items, are also non-returnable.

  • Return Conditions

    Returned items must be in original, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of use or wear, is dirty or covered in pet hair, or smells of smoke or other strong odors.
